Gusto is seeking a Senior Sales Operations Analyst to support the Health Insurance Sales team. You will build data-driven insights, dashboards, and AI-powered tools for 80+ reps across two segments, driving efficiency and productivity.

This role sits at the intersection of data, process, and execution, offering ownership and visibility within a fast-growing organization. You will collaborate with RevOps, Finance, Marketing, and Analytics to forecast, measure KPIs, and optimize sales workflows.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a data-driven GTM or RevOps role in a SaaS/fintech environment.
• Strong Salesforce proficiency with ability to audit pipeline and build useful dashboards.
• Analytical depth across SQL, Tableau/Looker, and Excel/Sheets.

Responsibilities

• Build, automate, and maintain reports and dashboards tracking sales performance, funnel metrics, and rep productivity.
• Identify and prototype AI/automation tools to reduce manual friction in the sales process.
• Design processes and playbooks with cross-functional partners to improve efficiency and data quality.
• Provide ad hoc data requests, investigate issues, and support territory and quota planning.
• Align with sales leadership and cross-functional partners, communicating timelines and outcomes.
