Chowbus is seeking a top sales professional in California to lead a city-wide territory and win restaurants across the full sales cycle. You will start by acquiring new accounts, then mentor and scale the team after six months, hiring and coaching new Sales Managers while maintaining your own quota.

You bring 3+ years of quota-carrying B2B or outside sales, restaurant POS or payments experience, and strong English. Base salary plus uncapped commission and team incentives are offered.

Formación

• 3+ years of quota-carrying, full-cycle B2B or outside sales.
• Restaurant POS or payments experience strongly preferred.
• Experience leading or onboarding salespeople.
• Consistent quota attainment with measurable results.
• Strong spoken and written English; California residency.

Responsabilidades

• Sell full-cycle in your territory, starting with cold calls and walk-ins.
• Run demos, close deals and hand signed restaurants to technicians for installation.
• Own accounts after launch and grow them via add-ons and referrals.
• Map the city and build relationships with local partners and associations.
• After 6 months, help hire, onboard and coach new Sales Managers and lead pipeline.
