Responsibilities

• Make client’s technical goals actionable with engineers and SMEs.
• Drive technical success from onboarding through contract lifespan.
• Cultivate relationships with technology executives and stakeholders.
• Establish a trusted advisor relationship with client teams and leadership.
• Coordinate release management timings and client opt-in/opt-out processes.
• Provide product recommendations and engage clients in testing and webinars.
• Communicate client sentiment to internal teams and advocate product decisions.
