You will manage relationships with clients, guide cross-functional collaboration with product and marketing, and drive retention and profitability. The role requires proven sales leadership, a track record of meeting quotas, and the ability to engage with executives from mid-market to C-suite levels.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years of sales experience in financial services, fintech or enterprise SaaS.
• Track record of meeting or exceeding quota—personally and by leading a team.
• Strong understanding of mortgage lifecycle data and technology solutions.
• Ability to build relationships at multiple levels, from practitioners to C-suite.
• Clear, confident communication and negotiation skills.
• Experience with ICE Mortgage Technology products, services, and capabilities.
