The role leads complex client engagements, drives impact analysis, and delivers program management and reporting across the servicing ecosystem. Qualifications

• In-depth knowledge of Consumer/HELOC operations and regulatory requirements.
• Proven experience leading client engagements and managing project teams.
• Strong communication skills tailored to executives and managers.
• Experience with SaaS mortgage technology environments.
• Ability to estimate work effort and manage project budgets.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary subject matter expert for consumer lending and HELOC servicing within the MSP platform.
• Provide strategic recommendations on best practices, regulatory considerations, and technology changes.
• Devise and modify processes to improve efficiency in mortgage default operations.
• Conduct system, integration, readiness, and acceptance testing with client data.
• Consult with client executives and travel to client sites to facilitate strategy.
• Lead complex consulting engagements and define workflows.
• Lead training and enablement of client and technical support personnel.
• Identify opportunities for process optimization, cost reduction, and operational improvements.
• Manage stakeholder communications across multiple levels.
• Collaborate with product management, development, and client support.
• Perform other related duties.
