Job summary
Kayzen is seeking a Senior Sales Manager for Mobile App Developers to join our global team and scale outreach to top app developers worldwide.
You will own outbound new business, build long-term relationships, and collaborate with marketing, success, and product to drive revenue growth.
This role offers a flexible/remote setup with a multinational team across Germany, India, Argentina, Israel, Ukraine, Turkey, the UK and more.
Qualifications
- 4–10 years in ad-tech or mobile app development BD.
- Experience managing B2B sales or partnerships with complex products.
- Knowledge of the programmatic landscape and performance media.
- Strong network within mobile app advertising ecosystem to open doors.
- Basic understanding of CTV; priority for CTV sales.
Responsibilities
- Acquire new app customers (outbound) generating sustainable revenue growth.
- Engage customers, partners and market participants to identify revenue opportunities.
- Collaborate with marketing to refine narrative for app developers.
- Convey customer needs to product teams to expand offerings.
- Identify bottlenecks and improve sales/marketing processes.
- Build relationships with ad-tech leaders and customers; represent Kayzen at events.
- Work with SDRs to build pipeline and keep HubSpot up to date.
