Job summary

Kayzen is a global DSP for mobile app marketing and is seeking a Sales Director for Mobile App Developers. This remote role favors candidates based in Europe (Berlin/Amsterdam/London with in-person meetups) to drive new business with app developers and advertisers.

You will work with marketing, SDRs and customer success to shape strategy, manage the full sales cycle, and scale customer acquisition in a fast-paced startup environment.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of BD/sales in ad-tech or mobile apps.
• Experience managing B2B sales or partnerships with complex products.
• Knowledge of the programmatic landscape and performance media.
• Basic understanding of CTV; candidates with CTV sales experience prioritized.
• Detail-oriented with KPI-driven approach and strong initiative.
• Experience in fast-paced startup environments.

Responsibilities

• Excel at acquiring new app customers (outbound).
• Engage with customers, partners and market participants to identify revenue opportunities.
• Collaborate with marketing to shape messaging for App Developers.
• Understand customer needs and influence product teams to expand offerings.
• Identify bottlenecks and implement improvements in sales/marketing.
• Build relationships with ad-tech leaders and represent Kayzen at events.
• Collaborate with SDRs to build pipeline and opportunities.
• Keep HubSpot up to date with accurate records.
