Kayzen is seeking a Sales Director - CTV to drive new business with app developers and CTV advertisers. You will engage customers, shape growth opportunities, and collaborate with marketing, SDRs, and customer success to expand our reach globally.

The role is fully remote with a global team and flexibility in location; prior CTV sales and a strong network are essential for success in this leadership position.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of business development experience in ad-tech or mobile app development.
• Experience managing B2B sales or partnerships with complex products or services.
• Hands-on CTV advertising sales with an existing advertiser network.
• Strong KPI focus and initiative in a fast-paced startup environment.

Responsibilities

• Acquire new app customers with outbound focus to generate sustainable revenue growth.
• Engage with customers and partners to identify new revenue opportunities.
• Collaborate with marketing to build narratives for target app developers.
• Provide product feedback to expand offerings and value for customers.
• Maintain pipeline with SDRs and keep HubSpot records up to date.
