• Valid driver’s license and insurance license as required by state.

Responsibilities

• Develops and leads a well-trained sales staff to meet or exceed quotas.
• Ensure Sales Counselors follow training and company policies.
• Provide ongoing sales instruction and guidance to meet customer needs.
• Manage aftercare process and customer service continuity.
