Qualifications

• Extensive background in Corrugated Board, Coating & Laminating and/or Extrusion Coating industries.
• Strong sales mindset and ability to engage with customers at multiple levels.
• Experience working in a matrix organization.
• Ability to excel in an independent sales role.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to travel within the territory and support other areas as needed.
• Background check clearance required.

Responsibilities

• Support the existing sales team with proposal generation, costing, and advancing sales cases toward closure.
• Drive active sales opportunities from pipeline to WON status.
• Develop and expand the sales funnel by identifying prospects and nurturing leads.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver tailored technical solutions and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Maintain relationships with existing and potential customers to support long-term growth and retention.
• Provide market insights and feedback to product development and R&D teams.
• Support strategic and operational sales efforts in North American Corrugated Board, Coating & Laminating, and/or Extrusion Coating markets.
