Job summary

Jobtailor in Atlanta is seeking a seasoned Marketing Office Manager to lead day-to-day operations, oversee an internal Account Executives sales team, and ensure quotes, underwriting, pricing, and compliance standards are met.

You will drive client relationships, coach staff, manage quotes and loan processing, and support regional sales performance while delivering high service levels for agents and customers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, business-related field or equivalent education and related training.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to effectively interact with various personalities/groups on the telephone and in person.
• Exceptional organizational, time management and leadership skills.
• Strong analytical, math and problem solving acumen.
• Working knowledge of MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint) and other common desktop PC applications.
• Deep people, process and results managerial ability.
• Proven record of sound decision making and sustained high managerial performance.
• Ability to travel, occasionally overnight.
• Commercial insurance or financial services experience (preferred).
• Salesforce.com or related CRM usage and experience (preferred).
• English language fluency.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day operation of a Marketing Office.
• Manage an internal sales team of Account Executives.
• Oversee quoting, underwriting and pricing activities.
• Ensure competitive pricing, complete underwriting, and compliance with credit and profitability standards.
• Maintain high levels of agent client service.
• Oversee timely delivery of quotes, contracts, loan processing/funding, and customer information.
• Resolve customer service issues.
• Develop and maintain customer relationships to enhance regional sales.
• Coach Account Executives on sales and relationship-building techniques.
• Oversee outbound calls, business solicitation, and marketing campaigns.
• Track and report regional performance, including loan success, financed volume, spread, late charges, and profitability.
• Analyze lost quote opportunities to improve training, processes, or pricing.
• Oversee loan document processing for completeness, accuracy, and regulatory/operational compliance.
• Establish loan funding arrangements and approve loans within assigned authority limits.
• Hire, train, manage, and evaluate Account Executives.
• Review and make agent appointment recommendations to Relationship Managers.
• Make joint sales calls with outside sales associates.
• Approve credit risk and pricing within assigned limits.
• Manage Marketing Office logistical operations.
