At Range USA, your work has real impact. The Sales Associate role ensures every Range USA customer is provided the assistance and knowledge to fulfill the experience they are seeking by being proficient in product knowledge, selling skills and operations.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of customer service sales experience.
• Ability to understand, recall and follow complex compliance regulations.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Must be 21 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and facilitate the customer experience.
• Convert Range USA customers to buyers by asking for the sale.
• Inform customers of Range USA services, discounts, exclusive offers, sales, and promotions.
• Maintain the range timer for proper tracking of customer time.
• Maintain compliance with all involved government agencies including 4473 and background check processes.
• When acting as an e-commerce picker, check the pickup dashboard hourly.
