Job summary

LG Electronics seeks a Senior-level Sales Leader to oversee actuator solutions in North America, localization of HQ strategies, and talent development. You will lead the regional sales team, manage key accounts, and drive pipeline growth across the robotics and automation markets.

Applicants must have 10+ years in components sales, 5+ years in robotics, and strong MS Office reporting skills. Travel 30-50% is required; US work authorization is required. Atlanta commuting may be expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher is required.
• 10+ years of experience in components sales with 5+ years in robotics and automation.
• Proven track record in sales leadership, talent development and performance management.

Responsibilities

• Lead sales organization, translate HQ strategies into regional GTM plans.
• Manage key accounts, pipeline, revenue and AR with regular executive reporting.
• Drive market presence through pipeline development and industry engagement.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to align VOC with product plans and delivery.
