Job summary

Rithum is seeking a regional sales leader to manage and mentor a team of Hunter and Builder Account Executives. You will coach on distinct sales motions, lead deal reviews, and drive performance across markets in a remote-first culture.

You will own pipeline health, forecast accuracy, and regional coverage, establishing cadence for QBRs and pipeline reviews. Collaborate with Marketing, Client Success, and Product to escalate complex opportunities and close strategic deals.

Responsibilities

• Manage and mentor a team of Hunter and Builder Account Executives.
• Coach on distinct sales motions and conduct deal reviews.
• Own pipeline health, forecast accuracy, and regional coverage.
• Establish cadence for QBRs and pipeline reviews.
• Set KPIs and address performance gaps through coaching.
• Reinforce MEDDICC and Salesforce hygiene standards.
• Partner with Marketing, Client Success, and Product.
• Escalate complex customer situations and strategic deals.
