Job summary

Odyssey Logistics is seeking a Sales Manager to drive new logos in Fulfillment Managed Services (Sample Management, chemical/specialty warehousing, and e-commerce fulfillment). This remote role targets strategic clients, cross-selling Odyssey's broader transport portfolio and delivering revenue growth.

You'll lead consultative selling, design tailored FMS solutions, manage the full sales cycle, and collaborate with operations, finance, and legal to craft competitive offers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Marketing, or related field.
• 5+ years selling fulfillment services to new business accounts.
• Experience with chemical/specialty warehousing or hazardous materials desirable.
• Strong hunter mentality with track record of exceeding targets.

Responsibilities

• Achieve net revenue goals through new logo acquisition in FMS.
• Design and execute hunter sales strategy to build a qualified pipeline.
• Lead consultative engagements to tailor FMS solutions.
• Manage full sales cycle from outreach to close.
• Partner with Ops, Finance, Legal, and Leadership to design offers and drive execution.
• Maintain Salesforce CRM with accurate activity and forecasts.
