Job summary

Johanson Technology Inc. in Camarillo, CA is seeking a Sales Manager to lead and manage our independent manufacturers' representative network across North America.

This hands-on leadership role requires driving opportunities from identification to design win and production revenue. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years in regional sales management within electrical components, strong OEM engagement, and proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or equivalent required.
• Five or more years of regional sales management experience with direct capacitor sales experience required.
• Five or more years of electrical component experience in regional sales required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams).
• Experience working with CRM systems required.

Responsibilities

• Manage approximately 13 independent manufacturers' representative organizations throughout North America.
• Establish clear sales expectations, performance objectives, priorities, and accountability for each representative organization.
• Maintain engagement with representatives and drive opportunities from identification to design win and revenue.
• Hold representatives accountable for objectives, customer activity, forecasting, CRM usage, and follow-up.
• Travel approximately one week per month for multi-day trips, plus monthly California and Arizona day trips.
• Train representatives in Johanson's sales process, pipeline management, and CRM requirements.
• Coordinate with Inside Sales, Escalate issues, and provide quarterly performance snapshots.
