Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or equivalent.
• Five+ years of regional sales management with direct capacitor sales experience.
• Five+ years electrical component experience in regional sales.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead approximately 13 independent manufacturers’ representative organizations across North America.
• Develop and execute sales growth plans with reps and key accounts.
• Maintain engagement with reps and push for opportunities from identification to revenue.
• Ensure CRM data is accurate and opportunities are tracked through design win to production.
