Job summary

Ericson Manufacturing in Willoughby, OH, is seeking a Western Regional Electrical Channel Manager to lead sales across end users, contractors, distributors, OEMs and manufacturer reps. You will design and execute a regional sales and marketing plan, select and guide sales partner agencies, and drive revenue growth while improving profitability.

The role requires strong leadership, deep industry knowledge, and the ability to train and mentor partners.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years' experience in sales or sales management.
• Public Speaking
• Ability to manage multiple accounts across North America.
• Experience in the electrical, construction or industrial industries.
• New Business Development experience strongly preferred.
• Large Account Management preferred
• Bachelor's degree in business or marketing strongly preferred.
• Maintain U.S. Passport / eligibility to work in the US

Responsibilities

• Develop a successful Regional Sales and Marketing Plan. Working with Reps and Distributors, identify key targets that align with Ericson goals.
• Select, Manage and Lead Sales Representative Agencies responsible for Electrical Channel sales development.
• Train and Mentor Product Sales and Specification Skills at the Rep and Distribution Levels.
• Continuously lead Distribution Reps to various opportunities involving Ericson products and model successful sales behaviors.
• Interface with Distribution Contacts to coordinate and support distribution sales regionally and nationally.
• Build, manage and develop a pipeline of new business opportunities across key influencers in the specification process.
• Achieve revenue and profitability goals and sell value/solutions to Ericson customers.
• Collaborate with value chain constituents to identify opportunities for process and product improvement.
