Job summary

Range USA is seeking a Senior Sales Associate to lead sales while managing daily store operations and safety standards. You’ll drive customer-focused service, build relationships, and coach teammates to achieve sales goals.

The role requires accuracy, strong communication, and adherence to regulatory procedures, including safety, cash handling, and store cleanliness. This is a full-time, on-site position at Range USA locations.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of retail sales or customer service experience (specialty retail preferred).
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow complex compliance procedures.
• Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong communication skills and customer-first mindset.

Responsibilities

• Drive personal sales and deliver best-in-class customer experience.
• Oversee opening/closing, register management, and cash reconciliation.
• Support inventory flow, merchandising, and ad set execution to maintain visuals.
• Ensure strict firearm safety protocols and ATF compliance in all store activities.
