Responsibilities

• Achieve or exceed individual and store sales metrics (firearms, memberships, classes, promotions).
• Lead opening/closing routines and daily store operations with accuracy and safety.
• Maintain store cleanliness, inventory flow, merchandising, and visual standards.
• Adhere to firearm safety protocols and ATF regulations, including 4473 forms.
