Job summary

Under the direction of the VP/GM, you will promote the CEMEX Sales Process, maintain key customer relationships, and execute strategic initiatives to strengthen market position.

Qualifications

• Experience in concrete, aggregate, cement or heavy industrial sales.
• SAP experience required.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to details.
• Strong organizational skills with analytical/problem solving ability.

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell cement and related building materials.
• Develop sales through leadership and mentorship of sales force.
• Implement CEMEX Sales Process, Sandler-based approach.
• Communicate and execute CEMEX's vision and sales direction.
• Sell ready-mix concrete and associated building materials.
• Maintain awareness of competition and opportunities for expansion.
• Keep management informed of industry activities influencing sales and pricing.
• Operate within the budget and protect customer relationships.
• Collaborate with customer service, quality control, operations, safety and credit.
• Provide training and coordinate technical support for customers.
