Competenze

• OSHA and DOT regulations knowledge is required or preferred.
• Minimum 3 years in a supervisory role.
• Bachelor's degree preferred; engineering discipline encouraged.
• Five or more years of experience in plant production, safety, and maintenance may be applicable.

Mansioni

• Supervises drivers in the assigned territory, including recruiting, orientation, training, scheduling, and performance evaluations.
• Schedules drivers and plant personnel with dispatch to optimize workforce use.
• Manages raw materials, overseeing quality and quantity to meet standards.
• Implements and evaluates procedures to ensure plant inspections and corrective actions.
• Coordinates with sales and customer service to ensure timely delivery and readiness of jobs.
