Job summary

CEMEX US is seeking a Cement Sales Manager who will interface with customers and guide the sales process for CEMEX products. The role reports to the Senior Sales Manager or VP Cement Sales and focuses on expanding the customer base, managing sales opportunities, and delivering technical support.

You will collaborate across departments to address customer needs, communicate pricing strategies, and contribute to the development of sales plans.

Qualifications

• 5-10 years’ experience in building materials industry is preferred.
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred

Responsibilities

• Learn customer segments and understand the construction sector relative to economic metrics.
• Grow existing customer base and develop opportunities with current accounts to capture new business.
• Build rapport and communicate effectively with all levels of customer organizations and management.
• Provide technical support to customers with inquiries regarding their purchases.
• Communicate price information to customers and develop market price strategy with the VP of Cement Sales.
• Coordinate with accounting & logistics to resolve customer issues.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.
