Qualifications

• 5–10+ years of progressive sales experience.
• Previous sales management experience developing sales professionals.
• Proven revenue growth and new-account development.
• Experience with direct and channel/partner sales.
• Strong KPI and forecasting capability.
• CRM experience and data accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the sales team to achieve targets.
• Own pipeline management, forecasting, and CRM discipline.
• Partner with executives and internal teams to align strategy.
• Engage in customer meetings, opportunities reviews, and coaching.
• Develop growth strategies and manage strategic accounts.
