Thermo Fisher Scientific is seeking a Senior Manager of Sales to lead direct and channel sales for Chromatography & Mass Spectrometry products in Texas. The role drives quarterly and annual targets, forecasts and customer loyalty while aligning with company guidelines.

You will build a motivated team, supervise field activities and coordinate with technical and marketing teams to accelerate market share growth.

Qualifications

• Strong background in sales with confirmed revenue attainment.
• 5+ years leading a team.
• Experience leading a high value territory with 8-12 reps.
• Minimum of a BSc degree in a science-based subject with 10+ years in Chromatography and Mass Spectrometry.
• Demonstrate strong market knowledge and deep experience in Applied/Life Science markets.

Responsibilities

• Achieve Country/District quarterly and annual sales plan for bookings and revenues.
• Define local strategy and tactics through sales activities within the territory and ensure timely, high-quality sales reporting.
• Fully implement all business processes, procedures, and programs for the Commercial Organization for the assigned PLs.
• Develop and coach the team with regular development plans and feedback.
• Maintain professional relationships with customers to build loyalty and address issues promptly.
