Range USA is seeking a Senior Sales Associate to lead sales-focused efforts while managing daily store operations in Merrillville, Indiana. You will drive personal sales, oversee opening/closing procedures, and ensure safety and compliance with firearm regulations.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years of retail experience and a customer-first mindset. The role offers full-time, non-exempt hours with paid training and extensive employee benefits, including medical, dental, and vision coverage.

• Maintain safety, cleanliness, and compliance with ATF regulations and 4473 forms.
• Support inventory flow, merchandising, and adherence to visual standards.
