Job summary

Scorpion Therapeutics is seeking a seasoned analytics lead to design and implement the analytical process for field force sizing and bag structure across multiple brands and markets. You will act as an internal consultant, driving optimization with brand teams and executives.

Responsibilities include running scenarios, supporting alignment projects, and enabling cross-functional best practices in field resource planning, while managing risks and delivering insights from primary/secondary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (advanced degree preferred).
• 6+ years strategic/analytical pharma experience.
• Strong writing/presentation; administrative/organizational/project management/analytical skills.
• Proficiency in Excel/Access; ability to prioritize multiple projects.
• Preferred: Xponent, Xponent PlanTrak, DDD, chargeback data; experience leading complex multi-stakeholder projects.

Responsibilities

• Act as internal consultant for field force size/structure projects; develop single-brand optimization with brand teams and incorporate CI/market events, targets, and key objectives.
• Run bag-structure scenarios to optimize effort on key brands.
• Support commercial field force alignment/expansion projects and pipeline/deployment alignment.
• Enable cross-functional best-practice sharing in field resource planning.
• Schedule meetings/deliverables; manage project risks/opportunities in deliverables.
• Partner with vendors and internal teams; maintain a tracker for current/future brand/market events.
• Lead insights via primary/secondary research and analytics; develop innovative solutions to unstructured problems.
