Job summary

Scorpion Therapeutics in New Jersey seeks a Senior Manager - Insights & Analytics to support sales analytics for the NNI business and act as a strategic partner to the Commercial lead and leadership team.

You will analyze market dynamics, generate local market insights, and collaborate with Commercial leads to plan initiatives, identify root causes, and provide guidance for existing brands and launches.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred.
• 7+ years insights/analytics; 5+ years customer-facing or field operations.
• Pharmaceutical analytics or consulting experience is strongly preferred.
• Strong analytics and data visualization skills with statistical programming preferred.

Responsibilities

• Establish strategic business partner relationship with Commercial Lead and directors.
• Analyze market dynamics and develop insights to inform strategy.
• Generate local market insights to inform tactics and execution.
• Partner with leadership to plan and execute key initiatives based on insights.
• Conduct deep dives to identify root causes and opportunities.
• Provide strategic guidance to support existing brands and launches.
