Job summary

Scorpion Therapeutics seeks an Associate Director, Business Insights and Analytics to deliver customer-focused analytics, actionable recommendations, and data-driven business decisions. Lead forecasting for launch products and collaborate across Market Research and Commercial Insights to drive KPI tracking and strategic planning.

The role emphasizes time-series forecasting, analysis of HCPs/Payers, and presenting insights to Senior Leaders to inform decisions in a biotech setting with up to 5%

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business/Science; MBA preferred.
• 7+ years in marketing sciences/forecasting/analytics in biotech/pharma or consulting.
• Experience building/maintaining forecasting models; time-series proficiency.
• Insights from large transactional datasets and syndicated data sources.
• Knowledge of secondary and syndicated data sources and tools.
• Ability to present recommendations to diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Generate insights, actionable recommendations, and data-driven decisions.
• Maintain commercial forecasts for launch products (Phase II/III).
• Align assumptions for multiple forecast scenarios with stakeholders.
• Support brand planning via KPI, MCM, and omni-channel analysis.
• Analyze HCPs, Patients, and Payers to identify drivers of performance.
• Enable senior leadership decisions where data is scarce or unreliable.
• Collaborate with Market Research on KPI tracking and reports.
• Present updates to Senior Leaders with Commercial Insights.
