Job summary

Scorpion Therapeutics seeks a senior analytics lead to drive healthcare data initiatives across prescriber, claims, and sales operations. You will partner with Sales leadership to deliver dashboards and insights that inform commercial decisions.

Applicants should have 8+ years in pharma/biotech analytics, strong SQL/Python/R, and experience with SFDC/Veeva. This role requires effective communication in a fast-paced, matrix environment.

Qualifications

• Pharma/biotech/healthcare experience with commercial data.
• Experience with claims, prescriber/non-prescriber data and sales operations.
• Strong written and verbal communication; stakeholder management.
• Experience delivering analytic solutions in fast-paced environments.
• Knowledge of SFDC, Veeva and CRM systems.
• Experience working with field sales is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Independently lead and execute analytics initiatives using healthcare data.
• Support sales teams with structured/ad hoc analyses, dashboards, and reports.
• Serve as analytics partner to VP/Head of Sales and regional leaders; track performance vs sales strategies.
• Monitor and validate performance metrics; identify trends and communicate insights with visualizations.
• Design and implement data models and create visualizations for sales performance monitoring.
• Deliver data-driven recommendations and communicate insights via clear business narratives.
• Facilitate nation/area/regional sales review meetings; support Field Sales analytics for meetings.
• Collaborate with Business Operations and external vendors on data curation, operations, and reporting.
