Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years of successful professional staffing sales experience.
• Proven success acquiring new enterprise and mid-market clients.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas and revenue targets.
• Established professional network within staffing and talent acquisition ecosystem.
• Strong relationships with decision-makers in Talent Acquisition, Procurement, MSP and executives.
• Independently prospect, develop, negotiate, and close new business.

Responsibilities

• Identify, prospect, and acquire new Fortune 1000, enterprise, and mid-market clients.
• Develop and execute a strategic business development plan to generate opportunities and revenue growth.
• Manage the full sales lifecycle from outreach to contract execution and onboarding.
• Leverage a professional network to generate leads and accelerate opportunities.
• Meet or exceed individual sales quotas and revenue targets.
• Pursue opportunities across direct-hire, MSP, and contingent staffing.
