Dreams 2 Reality Recruitment is seeking a results-driven Director of Sales to lead new business development and drive revenue growth in the professional staffing industry. This senior individual-contributor role focuses on new client acquisition, strategic relationships, and closing deals across the United States.

The ideal candidate is an entrepreneurial hunter with an established network, able to navigate complex sales cycles and consistently exceed revenue targets without direct reports.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years of successful professional staffing sales experience.
• Proven ability to acquire new enterprise and mid-market clients.
• Track record of meeting or exceeding large sales quotas and revenue targets.
• Established network within staffing, recruiting, and talent acquisition ecosystems.
• Strong relationships with Talent Acquisition, Procurement, MSP, and executives.
• Ability to prospect, negotiate, and close new business independently.

Responsabilités

• Identify, prospect, and acquire new Fortune 1000, enterprise, and mid-market clients.
• Develop and execute a strategic business development plan to generate opportunities and revenue growth.
• Manage the full sales lifecycle from prospecting to onboarding and contract execution.
• Leverage an established professional network to accelerate sales opportunities.
• Meet or exceed individual sales quotas and revenue targets.
• Represent the organization at industry conferences and client meetings.
