Job summary

Virgo & Aries LLC is seeking a senior Director of Sales in the staffing industry for a remote role based in the United States. The ideal candidate is a true hunter, focused on new client acquisition with mid-market and enterprise accounts, and capable of driving substantial revenue growth without people management duties.

The role requires proven staffing sales experience, a strong network, exceptional communication and presentation skills, and the ability to travel 2–3 times per year.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of staffing sales or recruiting experience in IT, F&A, Engineering, or other professional verticals.
• Proven track record of acquiring new mid-market and enterprise clients.
• History of meeting or exceeding individual revenue goals.
• Strong relationships within the staffing and talent ecosystem (TA, Procurement, MSP, CW).
• Hunter mindset with ability to independently generate new business.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to travel 2–3 times per year.
• Must reside in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and acquire new mid-market and enterprise clients in professional staffing.
• Manage the full sales cycle from outreach through contract execution and onboarding.
• Develop and execute a strategic business-development plan focused on revenue growth.
• Navigate complex sales cycles and influence decision-makers across TA, Procurement, HR, and Operations.
• Leverage an established staffing industry network to accelerate opportunities.
• Build strong relationships with prospects, clients, and industry partners.
• Identify opportunities to expand direct-hire and contingent staffing solutions.
• Collaborate with internal fulfillment and account teams to ensure successful client launches.
• Attend industry events and conferences as needed.
