Location: Remote – United States
Employment Type: Full-Time
Position Summary
We are seeking a highly accomplished, results-driven Director of Sales to lead new business development and drive revenue growth within the professional staffing industry. This is a senior individual-contributor role focused on new client acquisition, strategic relationship development, and individual sales production. It is not a people-management position.
The ideal candidate is a proven sales hunter with an established network of enterprise and mid-market decision-makers, a strong track record of closing new business, and the ability to build long-term client relationships. This individual will be responsible for identifying, pursuing, and securing new business opportunities while expanding the organization#39;s market presence across the United States.
The primary focus will be selling direct-hire recruitment solutions, managed service provider (MSP) solutions for direct-hire recruiting, and contingent staffing services to enterprise and mid-sized organizations across multiple professional disciplines.
This role is best suited for an entrepreneurial sales professional who thrives on prospecting, opening doors, navigating complex sales cycles, and consistently exceeding revenue targets. The successful candidate must be comfortable independently driving the entire sales process, from initial outreach through contract execution and client onboarding.
This is a true hunter role. Candidates must demonstrate a proven ability to generate new business and close deals, rather than relying primarily on account management or inbound leads.

- Represent the organization at industry conferences, networking events, and client meetings.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and credibility when engaging with senior executives and industry stakeholders.
