Job summary

Eximium Talent is seeking a Senior Director of Sales to join our fully remote national team as a high-impact hunter responsible for new client acquisition and revenue production.

This senior IC role focuses on MSP, Direct Hire, and Contingent Staffing for enterprise and mid-market clients across the United States; you will manage the full sales cycle and build relationships with key decision-makers.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of successful staffing sales experience in IT, Finance and Accounting, Engineering, or related fields.
• Proven success acquiring new mid-market and enterprise clients in professional staffing.
• History of meeting or exceeding significant revenue/sales goals.
• Strong relationships with Talent Acquisition, MSP, Contingent Workforce and executives.
• Experience managing complex enterprise sales cycles with multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and acquire new Fortune 1000 and mid-market clients.
• Manage the full sales process from outreach to onboarding and contract execution.
• Develop a strategic plan focused on generating sustainable revenue growth.
• Navigate complex sales cycles and influence decision-makers across TA, Procurement, HR, Ops, and leadership.
• Leverage your network to create new opportunities and accelerate conversations.
• Consistently achieve or exceed sales targets and revenue goals.
• Build and maintain relationships with prospects, clients, and partners.
• Identify opportunities to expand MSP, Direct Hire, and Contingent Staffing within accounts.
• Collaborate with fulfillment and account-management teams to ensure successful launches.
