Supermicro is seeking an experienced General Manager, Sales to grow our market share. This role leads a team of sales professionals, shaping strategies to expand the customer base and deepen key relationships with C-level executives in large data centers.

You will design and implement robust business plans, forecast opportunities, and work across functions to exceed new business targets while delivering exceptional customer fulfillment and long-term retention.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; MBA is a plus.
• 20 years of sales experience required.
• Experience with C-level executives and large data centers.
• Deep knowledge of server, storage and management solutions.
• Strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Directly responsible for a team of sales professionals leading all sales initiatives and driving performance.
• Design and drive a robust sales business plan to meet/exceed targets and retention goals.
• Develop new logos, key customer relationships, and expand customer base.
• Identify opportunities to improve team performance and expand key verticals for AI workloads.
• Maintain forecast, pipeline, and staff accountability; visit customers and refine strategies.
