Job summary

• Minimum 12+ years’ experience in a server, storage networking, or AI sales environment.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and executive presence.
• Willingness to travel up to 15%.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute go-to-market strategies to win and maintain government, data centers/Cloud, Gaming, and HPC accounts.
• Identify, qualify, develop and close sales against quota.
• Execute outbound cold calls to potential System integrators, VARs, and OEM customers.
• Build a pipeline of opportunities through target lists for vertical markets; manage orders and credit issues.
• Travel to customer sites to present Super Micro’s products and maintain account integrity.
• Supervise/supervise varied levels of a sales team and provide training and development.
