Surgical Information Systems is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst, Sales Finance to partner with sales leadership and Revenue Operations. You’ll own forecasting, performance analytics, and ROI modeling for GTM initiatives, turning pipeline and bookings data into actionable insights.

This role sits at the intersection of FP&A and sales ops within a forward-thinking finance team. Responsibilities include leading the sales forecast, KPI dashboards, quota and territory design, and compensation

Qualificações

• 3-5 years of FP&A, sales finance, or revenue/sales operations experience

Responsabilidades

• Serve as the primary finance partner to sales leadership and Revenue Operations
• Own the sales forecast and top-line reporting, including weekly pipeline and bookings
• Develop and maintain the sales KPI and performance reporting suite
• Support GTM planning including quota setting and headcount planning
• Model the cost and outcomes of plan, quota, and territory changes and forecast commissions
• Manage the sales organization’s budget and monthly performance analysis
• Build ROI analyses to justify sales investments
• Contribute to annual planning and quarterly forecasting
• Prepare monthly and quarterly leadership reporting and investor-focused materials
• Coordinate with Accounting for revenue, bookings, and commissions accuracy
• Drive automation of sales reporting and data integrity across systems
• Participate in system implementations or migrations and BI tooling
