Job summary

ServiceTitan is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to join the GTM and Revenue FP&A team. You will drive growth with GMs and C-level leaders across Finance, Sales and Product, leading forecasting and executive reporting in a fast-paced SaaS environment.

You will guide junior staff, enhance forecasting processes, and help shape strategic decision-making in a high-growth company with a collaborative culture.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Finance, Strategy, Consulting, or Investment Banking.
• Deep expertise in financial modeling and forecasting.
• Ability to operate at the intersection of strategy and execution in a high-growth SaaS setting.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with GMs and C-level execs across Finance, Sales and Product to drive growth.
• Lead monthly and quarterly revenue forecasting, variance analysis, scenario planning, and exec reporting.
• Mentor and develop junior team members, building scalable FP&A processes for a fast-growing organization.
