Job summary

symplr is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to join the FP&A organization, partnering with Sales and Marketing to own revenue forecasting across subscription, services, and other revenue streams.

You will translate pipeline, bookings, retention, pricing into financial outlooks, support planning, and provide actionable analysis to improve growth and resource allocation, with emphasis on KPI governance and scenario analysis.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Analytics, or a related field.
• 5+ years FP&A, revenue finance, or related analytical role.
• Experience building/maintaining driver-based revenue forecasts.
• Experience partnering with Sales, Marketing and GTM teams.
• Experience with Adaptive, Salesforce, and Power BI preferred.
• MinUSD 100,000.00/Yr. MaxUSD 120,000.00/Yr.

Responsibilities

• Own revenue forecast model across subscription, renewal, expansion, and other revenue streams.
• Partner with Sales, Marketing and other stakeholders to develop driver-based revenue assumptions.
• Translate pipeline, bookings, backlog, renewals, churn, and pricing into ARR and retention outlooks.
• Analyze revenue performance by product, segment, channel, geography, and revenue type.
• Develop scenario analyses for changes in pipeline, pricing, retention, and expansion.
• Own KPI definitions and reporting for ARR, bookings, renewal rate, churn, and pipeline coverage.
• Support monthly/quarterly reviews with forecasts and KPI trends and a clear risk narrative.
• Evaluate GTM investments with ROI analysis and business cases.
• Establish model documentation and governance; automate recurring forecasts.
• Present findings clearly to FP&A leadership and GTM leaders.
• Deliver quarterly revenue forecasts on planning deadlines with accuracy.
