Job summary

• Ability to estimate and sell technical solutions and services.
• Account development and strategic sales skills.
• Legally able to work in the United States without sponsorship; valid driver's license.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and English communication.

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed new orders, bookings and profit goals for the territory.
• Maintain a qualified funnel of opportunities and deliver forecasted results.
• Develop market and account plans; identify new business opportunities.
• Act as a consultant to client organizations to optimize building systems.
• Attend industry events and participate in professional organizations to network.
• Collaborate with operations, finance, and sales support; manage bids and pricing.
• Spend at least 50% of time in customer-facing activities on site; travel ~10% as needed.
