The Opportunity

We are looking for a closer, not a real estate person. Real Estate experience is not required. High-level sales experience is. If you've closed in cars, solar, insurance, or software, you already have the skill that matters here. We teach the product. We can't teach the drive.

The mechanics of the real estate side, we teach you in your first 90 days. Reading a person on a phone call, hearing what they actually want underneath what they are saying, and holding a number when they push back are not things we can teach. That is what we are screening for.

You will be closing residential acquisitions directly with property owners across Florida and select growth markets. Some of what we buy moves fast. Some of it is older housing stock sitting on land worth far more than the structure on it, and those transactions carry fees ten to twenty times a conventional acquisition.

The owners on the other end of those calls are not distressed. They are long-tenure holders, second home owners, and heirs. Many own free and clear and have for decades. They are financially literate, they are in no hurry, and they will know within one sentence whether you are reading a script. Winning them takes a real conversation and the nerve to say a number out loud and let it sit there.

This is a high-volume phone seat, with in-person field work across Palm Beach and Miami-Dade.

Compensation:

On-target earnings of $150,000 in year one, built on a competitive base salary plus upside commission on every deal you close. Redevelopment acquisitions pay at a premium tier. A draw is available during your first 90 days while your pipeline matures. Top performers on this desk are not capped. Base salary is discussed on the first call.
