Qualifications

• Five or more years in high-ticket sales with a long cycle (60+ days).
• Proven ability to negotiate with decision makers directly.
• Ability to name a price and hold it under pressure.
• Strong self-management of an active pipeline and cadence.

Responsibilities

• Handle every seller conversation from first contact to signed contract.
• Maintain a live pipeline of 30–50 active opportunities with autonomous updates.
• Lead pricing talks, structure offers, and negotiate with owners.
• Manage two quotas: residential acquisitions and redevelopment site acquisitions.
• Follow up on longer-cycle opportunities (60–120 days).
• Maintain clean CRM data and report weekly numbers honestly.
