Job summary

CalcAir is seeking a Sales Executive for pension software to grow our client base and deepen relationships with existing clients. This full-cycle role covers outreach, demos, proposals, and closing, bridging pension expertise with client-facing sales.

You will represent CalcAir to TPAs and plan sponsors, own your pipeline, and travel within the US for trade shows and events. A commission plan accompanies a comprehensive rewards package.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a customer-facing role.
• Experience with a CRM (HubSpot or similar).
• Willingness to travel within the US for trade shows and industry events.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and manage full sales cycle from first contact to close.
• Conduct demos and prepare proposals.
• Track pipeline activity and report progress.
• Represent CalcAir at US industry trade shows and conferences.
• Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients.
• Collaborate with support and marketing to surface opportunities.
