Upon joining the organization you will go through a rigorous six-week training period which will be followed by several weeks of shadowing successful colleagues. You will be given everything needed to be successful in this role and will be rewarded with an outstandingfirst-year OTE of c$170,000 - $200,000+. As you develop in the role and the business the expectation is that you will increase your OTE and it is not uncommon that take home is above $300,000 after three years!
The candidate for this position will excel at creating and closing new opportunities. By using a consultative approach to selling, this person will use their expertise to identify and qualify leads, leading to sales opportunities with both new and existing customers. You will be hungry, driven, and determined to succeed. If you are someone who relies on BDR or SDR teams for sales leads and opportunities, then this is not the right role for you.
This position is a full-time,remote-based positionand there is an expectation that you will betraveling up to 70% of your time- think a minimum of 2/3 nights away from home each week. This element of the sales formula is what has allowed our Client to become number one in its space and is what will help keep them there. This is a hard prerequisite so if this isn't feasible for you then we won't be able to consider your candidacy.
This is a quota-carrying, outside sales position with a focus on producing sales in small to mid-sized manufacturing companies within the US, and it is essential you demonstrate several years of prospecting, negotiating, and deal closure experience in a B2B sales capacity.
