Job summary
Zscaler is seeking a Principal Specialist Sales Engineer for the Healthcare/SLED sector. This remote US-based role reports to the Director of Specialists Solutions Architects in the Global Specialty Sales department.
You will drive cloud security solutions, guide evaluations, and translate customer needs into actionable designs. Ideal candidates bring 10+ years in Sales Engineering, strong AI tooling fluency, and a track record selling network security technologies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Technology or related field or equivalent experience.
- 10+ years in Sales Engineering, Solutions Consulting, or Solutions Architect.
- Experience selling network security technologies (SD-WAN, routing, SWG, proxies, firewalls, SSL/IPsec, VPNs, DLP, end-user monitoring).
- Proven curiosity with AI tools and ability to integrate new tech into workflows.
Responsibilities
- Create and deliver technical product presentations to prospective customers.
- Gather customer technical requirements to ensure solutions meet goals.
- Lead product evaluations and implement custom configurations.
- Design evaluation test plans with customers and drive to successful outcomes.
