Job summary

Fusion Connect offers a unique opportunity for a seasoned Sales Engineer to support multiple sales channels across Networking, Security, and UCaaS/CCaaS solutions in the US. You will partner with Sales, Product, and Engineering to craft compelling solutions and close complex opportunities.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years in Sales Engineering or Technical Sales, with hands-on NGFW, SD-WAN, MS Teams, and cloud licensing experience.

Qualifications

Five or more years of experience in Sales Engineering, Network/Voice Engineering, or Technical Sales.
Experience with NGFW and SD-WAN deployments across locations; DIAs and network devices.
Certifications with Fortinet, VeloCloud, Meraki preferred.
MS Teams, Cisco Webex and TalkDesk experience preferred.
Experience in Omni-Channel service delivery and deploying Communication technologies.
Experience with MS Office 365 CSP Licensing, Operator Connect, Direct Routing, and MS Teams.

Responsibilities

Work with assigned sales teams to achieve revenue targets and cloud services sales goals.
Serve as SME for product questions, deliver complex demos, and develop solution designs.
Collaborate with Product teams to develop offerings as Sales Engineering liaison.
Handle multiple qualified opportunities and assist in complex proposal preparation.
Provide periodic technical training to sales and support staff.
Document sales activity and coverage using sales tools.
Represent Fusion at key sales events and deliver regular updates to management.
