Job summary

Fusion Connect is seeking a Customer Operations Engineer Tier 3 to certify, design, and manage on-premises and cloud solutions ensuring reliability, scalability, and security. You will work with a seasoned team, handling complex issues and mentoring lower tiers while collaborating with customers, product, sales, and engineering to solve challenging technical problems.

Qualifications

• Must be able to test hardware/software for new and existing products and produce supporting documentation and training materials.
• Able to create Process Documentation/Training and Engineering Handoff Documents for ongoing learning and troubleshooting.
• Collaborate with Customers, Product, Sales and Engineering to resolve technical challenges.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert real-time inbound/outbound support to Field Engineers, Customers, Partners, Vendors, and internal teams for installation, support, and certification of Fusion products/services.
• Install/support SDWAN services and equipment across multiple vendors.
• Independently test hardware/software, perform API testing and troubleshooting.
• Create and maintain process and engineering handoff documentation.
• Collaborate across teams to solve technical challenges.
