Job summary

Fusion Connect is seeking a Senior Sales Engineer to support multiple sales channels from a remote US location. You will act as a SME on Networking, Security, UCaaS/CCaaS, and related Cloud services, delivering complex demos and shaping product offerings.

The role requires coordination with Product, Engineering, and Sales to close high‑revenue opportunities. Ideal candidates have 5+ years in relevant roles, with familiarity in MS Teams, NGFW/SD‑WAN, and CSP licensing.

Qualifications

• Five or more years in Sales Engineering, Network/Voice Engineering, or Technical Sales.
• Experience with NGFW and SD-WAN deployments across locations; DIA and broadband knowledge.
• MS Teams, Cisco Webex and TalkDesk experience preferred.
• MS Office 365 CSP Licensing, Operator Connect, Direct Routing, and MS Teams know‑how valued.

Responsibilities

• Work with sales teams to meet or exceed revenue targets and cloud services sales goals.
• Serve as SME to address product questions and deliver complex demos.
• Collaborate with Product teams to shape offerings and act as Sales Engineering liaison.
• Prepare complex proposals and support local discovery efforts.
• Deliver technical training and provide regular status updates to management.
