Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 7+ years of experience in a technical or commercial field, an associate's degree with 9+ years of experience in a technical or commercial field, or a high school diploma and 11+ years of experience in a technical or commercial field.
• Possess and maintain a valid and unrestricted driver's license

• No relocation assistance will be provided for this role. All candidates must currently reside within 50 miles of Salt Lake City, Utah.

Responsibilities

• Drive assigned sales quota and manage the sales effort within the customer/distributor base.
• Engage with executive-level customers and lead complex technical opportunities.
• Coordinate across Eaton businesses and develop long-term account strategy and market growth.
• Sell assigned product lines to targeted customers in the market area and optimize margins.
• Provide reports and market intelligence to support management decisions.
